About the role
- Providing quality repair and maintenance skills
- Execute general installations and repairs to ensure functionality of rental properties
- Diagnose and fix problems with home devices and appliances
- Utilize mobile applications for work orders and receipts
- Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Repair and maintenance
- General Installations and Repairs including but not limited to: painting skills, drywall repair, basic carpentry, flooring, plumbing-installation & repairs, basic diagnostic appliance knowledge
- Knowledge on how to work home devices (TV, Internet, Modem, Apple TV, Amazon Fire-Stick)
- Knowledge and skill for working applications on smart phone to input receipts, open and close work orders
- Great attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and great organization skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to Plan your work, to maximize efficiency , and get more done with less stress
- Team Player - who can communicate and work with their team
