• - Refine our brand positioning and define the best strategy for communicating our identity and promoting our business model.
• - Grow a community committed to the brand and our values: test different online and offline channels/events to activate our members and provide them with a platform to engage with us
• - You own and grow our Social Media page (today mainly Instagram) by creating engaging organic social media content (photo, text, and video) that is tailored to our target audience - with you as the face of Ackerherz.
• - You will find, contact, and support UGC creators and organize their content productions.
• - You coordinate videos, images, and briefings between freelancers and performance marketing and ensure that sufficient content is available for performance marketing campaigns
• - Acting as the gatekeeper for our visual identity and tone of voice, ensuring all marketing outputs align with our creative and brand strategy
• - Managing and responding to all comments across our social media channels
