About the role

  • Lead the development and scaling of data-driven products that power Accompany Health’s mission.
  • Partner closely with data science and machine learning team, clinical and operations teams, and the rest of the product team.
  • Define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver AI/ML products that are safe, effective, and impactful.
  • Establish success metrics for ML products and work with analytics and clinical leaders to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in data science, machine learning, or healthcare technology
  • Strong understanding of ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive modeling, risk stratification) and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
  • Familiarity with healthcare data (claims, EMR/EHR, SDOH), clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with practical, incremental product delivery
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, user-centered product decisions for clinical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for advancing health equity and improving care for underserved populations.
  • Experience in clinical decision support, population health management, or care coordination technology
  • Exposure to healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.)
  • Background in data science, engineering, or a technical field
