About the role
- Lead the development and scaling of data-driven products that power Accompany Health’s mission.
- Partner closely with data science and machine learning team, clinical and operations teams, and the rest of the product team.
- Define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver AI/ML products that are safe, effective, and impactful.
- Establish success metrics for ML products and work with analytics and clinical leaders to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in data science, machine learning, or healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive modeling, risk stratification) and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Familiarity with healthcare data (claims, EMR/EHR, SDOH), clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations
- Ability to balance long-term vision with practical, incremental product delivery
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, user-centered product decisions for clinical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for advancing health equity and improving care for underserved populations.
- Experience in clinical decision support, population health management, or care coordination technology
- Exposure to healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.)
- Background in data science, engineering, or a technical field
