About the role
- Support in drafting and publishing job advertisements, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
- Assist employees with administrative procedures and handle payroll- and contract-related enquiries.
- Update internal databases and track HR metrics.
- Collect payroll variables/data for payroll processing.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to workplace wellbeing, talent management, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in human resources is a plus, but motivation and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Proficient with office software and comfortable using HR tools.
