About the role
- Coordinates software and application deployments into various environments and ensure smooth release processes.
- Monitors and supports production environment
- Manage and resolve daily operational tickets within SLA to ensure smooth business continuity.
- Swiftly familiarize with our system architecture, team dynamics and department operational activities to provide on-hands support.
- Works with developers and systems engineering to identify potential operational issues with software and workflows before production release.
- Develop and manage monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage access provisioning and enforce security best practices.
- Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- Preferable to have at least 5-6 years working experience in a computer engineering, software development or IT environment and familiar with database, operating systems or middleware system.
- Good understanding of software programming, software development, software releases, database management, networking concepts, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- A good understanding of modern, cloud centric architectures and microservices provides an advantage.
- Systematic problem-solving approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignment and perform in a diverse cross-functional team environment.
