About the role
- Manage the product life cycle from product definition through development, rollout, maintenance, phase out, and migration to next generation products as per customer needs
- Lead a large functional area within an overall product portfolio as the owner of that area’s performance and outcomes
- Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
- Liaise with commercial, legal, and regulatory partners for aligning on vision, outcomes, goals, roadmaps, business case
- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization
- Manage and mentor product managers taking responsibility for their growth, development, and work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Operations Management on an enterprise level
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships in large organizations
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with a passion for translating findings into strategic recommendations
- Ability to define areas of potential value through user research, market research, and industry / technical understanding
- Experience working in agile, DevOps, mobile, and cloud technologies
- Experience with Lean Product Management and User-Centered Design methodologies.
