About the role
- Assist customers and the sales force during on-site interventions for various device implantation procedures.
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise and respond to requests from customers and technical-sales managers.
- Act as the link between the sales team and the regional technical management.
- Be responsible for the traceability and compliance of the devices under your responsibility.
- Complete all training required by the group and the manager to acquire the necessary technical competencies related to current and new therapies and technologies in your division, as well as the required certifications.
- Provide support for device implantation and follow-up with healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical assistance to medical staff during complex cardiac rhythm disorder treatment procedures, where applicable.
- Deliver practical user training.
Requirements
- Scientific or technical degree, preferably in the biomedical field (or hospital experience such as IBODE — operating room nurse).
- Ideally 2 years of field experience in biomedical technical support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Good level of English (spoken, written and comprehension).
