About the role
- Support new projects from the prototype phase through to series production
- Ensure smooth operations in production
- Select, specify and commission new machines and fixtures
- Serve as the central point of contact for technical matters — for customers and suppliers as well as for the R&D team
- Analyze and further develop production processes
Requirements
- Completed technical training in mechatronics/electronics/electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ideally some initial professional experience in a production environment — motivated career starters welcome
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Analytical thinking to solve complex challenges
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team to achieve optimal results
