About the role

  • Develop and implement change management and process improvement strategies across the sales organization.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
  • Lead communication plans, feedback loops, and training initiatives to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Monitor change effectiveness using metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Support cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • A proven change & process expert : You bring hands‑on experience in change management or process management, ideally within sales, commercial operations, or FMCG.
  • Comfortable guiding teams through change : You’ve facilitated stakeholder impact assessments, managed resistance, and fostered adoption through engagement, training, and communications.
  • Data-oriented and action-driven : You analyze performance metrics and translate insights into tangible process optimizations.
  • Collaborative across cultures : You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Language skills : Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with control mindset : Experience with audits, SOPs, or process controls is a plus.
