About the role
- Inventory, clean, and structure existing AAPC role and labor data
- Develop the early taxonomy for BoH roles and competencies
- Conduct interviews/surveys with employers, professionals, and educators
- Build dashboards and analytical views of the workforce
- Identify and integrate external labor datasets
- Produce early research briefs and workforce snapshots
- Work with a leader and external research/data partners
- Lay groundwork for scalable workforce data products
Requirements
- 4–7 years experience in workforce analytics, healthcare research, labor economics, consulting, or BI in a healthcare domain
- Comfort working with structured and unstructured workforce data (job titles, resumes, skills, job postings, staffing data, comp data)
- Hands-on analytics experience (SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or similar tools)
- Demonstrated ability to organize chaos into clean frameworks
