About the role
- Responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational, financial, and strategic risks for the Commercial division
- Conduct risk assessments across operational, financial, and strategic areas to identify emerging and residual risks
- Develop, document, and maintain internal controls, including certification and risk reporting processes
- Support division-level and Enterprise Risk Management activities, including quarterly certifications and annual updates
- Manage external partner risk oversight, including governance, due diligence, and performance monitoring of third parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, or related functions within financial services or insurance
- Experience working cross-functionally with audit, compliance, and operations teams
