About the role
- Lead the development and automation of sales dashboards and reporting tools using CRM, ERP, and Power BI.
- Oversee the accuracy and consistency of sales data across systems.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Own the forecasting process, including predictive modeling and scenario planning.
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to set performance targets and quotas.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Advise leadership on pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and sales process improvements.
- Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, new market entry, and sales transformation.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on sales optimization and data governance.
- Identify, recruit and retain top performing employees; manage underperforming employees in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and CRM/ERP systems
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
- Bachelors or better in Economics or related field
- Bachelors or better in Finance or related field
- Preferred Masters or better in Business Administration or related field
- Experience managing reporting processes and leading cross-functional initiatives
- 5-7 years: Experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or commercial strategy
- Preferred Prior background in sales operations and/or commercial finance
