About the role
- Achieve sales quotas set by the ASD
- Create and execute plan to drive surgeon and distributor adoption of products
- Develop long-lasting surgeon and distributor relationships
- Consultative resource on bone biology to surgeon and distributors
- Identify and maintain professional relationships with purchasing committees
- Assist ASD in recruitment/management of independent distributors
- Training and support of distributors
- Maintain and support current business across region
- Develop and implement sales plans
- Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends and competition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Clinical background and experience is highly preferred
- Quantifiable sales record for sales related specializations
- Must have 2+ years’ experience in relevant sales specialization
- Medical or Hospital credentialed preferred
- Spine / biologics preferred
- Knowledge of hospital RFP process, and VAC pricing experience
- Experience in OR and relevant product training experience
- Previous working experience with CRM programs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and adequate insurance coverage required
- Up to 70% travel within territory
