About the role

  • Deliver IT solutions to stakeholders in-line with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Provide professional IT service delivery and support digitalization initiatives.
  • Support system configuration, report development, and conduct testing.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other technology teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of working experience in system implementation or development.
  • Knowledge in one of supply chain’s core systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, CMS, etc.
  • Programming skills using 1+ coding language, Excel VBA, and Power-BI.
  • Good command of English skills.
