• This role will be working with families to provide direction, coaching, and motivation to achieve the goals set by DHHS, their therapist and the court.
• Establish an effective partnership with the assigned therapist to support families with their treatment plan goals.
• Maintain consistent and open communication with the DHHS CFS, their therapist and your supervisor about your work with the families.
• Ensuring that professional working relationships are created with families within your scope of duties and training.
• Guide families through crisis situations and ability to guide families through finding resources to meet referral goals from state.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to transport families to and from visitation sessions.
• Submit written incident reports within 24 hours and submit service documentation and mileage for all cases within 36 hours of providing the service with families.
