About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interface with the technical and business user community to support incoming security requests and tickets submitted by users.
- Contribute to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of clients data and infrastructure while enabling business functionality in all systems and environments by validating user identities prior to assistance.
- Assist in supporting the Identity Access Management team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Provide Level I Support for user password resets and MFA onboarding, resets, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with stakeholders to assist in remediation efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in discipline appropriate to assignment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 years’ experience in an Information Security role or experience in an IT helpdesk capacity.
- Experience working with Active Directory and MS EntraID.
- Working Knowledge on IAM is required.
- Fundamental knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
- Must have a desire to learn and adapt in a corporate environment.
- Must have strong self-starter skills and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of information security principles, network protocols, and security technologies.
