About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interface with the technical and business user community to support incoming security requests and tickets submitted by users.
Contribute to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of clients data and infrastructure while enabling business functionality in all systems and environments by validating user identities prior to assistance.
Assist in supporting the Identity Access Management team.
Other duties as assigned.
Provide Level I Support for user password resets and MFA onboarding, resets, and troubleshooting.
Communicate with stakeholders to assist in remediation efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in discipline appropriate to assignment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 1 years’ experience in an Information Security role or experience in an IT helpdesk capacity.
Experience working with Active Directory and MS EntraID.
Working Knowledge on IAM is required.
Fundamental knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
Must have a desire to learn and adapt in a corporate environment.
Must have strong self-starter skills and a willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must have a basic understanding of information security principles, network protocols, and security technologies.
