About the role

  • As an Enterprise Mobility Success Manager, you take the designed mobility concept and implement it with the client in record time.
  • Lead change communication, act as a pace‑setter, keep stakeholders engaged, run successful employee events, launch an app, integrate with SAP and our own software My‑Mo, and introduce new parking technologies.
  • After the development of a tailored mobility concept for our clients, you take charge of implementation and lead the rollout process, including scheduling, supporting the client's change communication, go‑live support and ongoing assistance.
  • In close collaboration with the team, you will introduce the mobility app to our clients among other responsibilities.
  • You handle stakeholder management and continuous coordination with internal and external partners with ease.
  • Provide long-term account management for corporate clients and design new ideas to further increase sustainability in mobility for clients.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business or a comparable qualification, or several years of experience in project management, ideally in mobility or IT
  • Experience in stakeholder management and internal and external project communication
  • Technical understanding and solid experience implementing digital solutions
  • German at native level and very good English skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel within German‑speaking Switzerland
  • High initiative, strong communication skills, stress resilience and assertiveness
