About the role

  • Quickly learn and master Respage’s full suite of products
  • Drive business growth by proactively identifying and developing new leads
  • Build and grow strong relationships with affordable management, ownership, and investment firms
  • Partner with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities
  • Use a data-driven approach to track performance
  • Represent Respage at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and travel regularly to meet with clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions, ideally platform-based
  • Deep knowledge of the multifamily industry and next-generation solutions in marketing, leasing, and AI
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills
  • Skilled consultative seller and negotiator
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline transparency
