About the role
- Quickly learn and master Respage’s full suite of products
- Drive business growth by proactively identifying and developing new leads
- Build and grow strong relationships with affordable management, ownership, and investment firms
- Partner with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities
- Use a data-driven approach to track performance
- Represent Respage at industry events and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and travel regularly to meet with clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions, ideally platform-based
- Deep knowledge of the multifamily industry and next-generation solutions in marketing, leasing, and AI
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills
- Skilled consultative seller and negotiator
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline transparency
