About the role
- Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division
- Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor
- Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive
- Support St. Paul and regional programs and initiatives
- Create business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems
- Track all activities in 3M CRM tool
- This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and three (3) years of sales experience within the Automotive Aftermarket/Collision industry in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Current, Valid Driver’s license OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and seven (7) years of experience within the Automotive Aftermarket/Collision industry in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
