About the role
- Define and prioritize integration paths with strategic partners
- Rapidly design and prototype advanced integrations
- Develop reusable reference architectures and integration blueprints
- Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Product, and Business Development teams
- Push the envelope, expanding how 1Password delivers differentiated value
- Represent 1Password’s integration vision in technical forums
- Ensure all integrations meet high standards for security and performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions architecture
- At least 5 years designing and implementing complex integrations in SaaS, identity, or cybersecurity
- Deep technical knowledge of identity and access management standards and protocols
- Hands-on experience building integrations with major cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to prototype and deliver working software in languages commonly used for integration
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams
- Strong communication skills to represent technical strategy effectively.
