About the role

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies that drive awareness, trial, and conversion across priority markets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time brand ambassadors to support local sampling, demos, and retail programs
  • Lead the planning, execution, and recap of local events, partnerships, and occasion-based sampling programs
  • Partner with sales teams and distributors to support retail execution and drive velocity at the store level
  • Identify and build relationships with local influencers, community leaders, gyms, and wellness-focused organizations aligned with brand values
  • Support retail merchandising efforts and ensure brand consistency in the field across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with digital and social media teams to generate engaging content from field activations
  • Monitor, track, and report on program KPIs and ROI, including sampling volume, store lift, demo conversion, and engagement metrics
  • Maintain inventory of product and field marketing materials; manage logistics, shipping, and storage
  • Manage program budgets, field team scheduling, and compliance with operational standards
  • Act as the face of the brand in the field and a key resource for regional consumer and customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in the CPG, beverage, or wellness space
  • Proven experience hiring, training, and managing field teams or brand ambassadors
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated experience supporting retail sales and working cross-functionally with sales or distributor partners
  • Strong communication and networking skills; able to build relationships and open doors in local communities
  • Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of event execution, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement
  • Social media and design experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Repsly or similar platforms)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and meet company driving policy requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of event setup and activation.
