Accounting Manager

• Drive the vision and culture for the entire Pod, mentoring supervisors and fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), fostering a data-driven culture within the pod.
• Making data-informed decisions and goals for the Pod.
• Conduct formal performance evaluations, and manage overall team performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan for future operational needs and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Analyze performance data and workflows to identify opportunities for significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness within the Pod's services.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Pod and other areas of the business.
• Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding strategy to build a capable and resilient team within the Pod.
• Oversee key client relationships, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
